All facilitator FAQs Information for people joining a session Can I send course materials before my session?
Yes. Let us know to expect them and label them clearly with your group name. We’ll have them ready for your booking and can arrange to send them on afterwards.
Can we put our work on the walls?
Yes. You’re welcome to put up your ideas and notes. Blu Tack and masking tape are provided, and sticky flipchart paper is available on request.
Are breakout areas included?
Yes. Shared breakout areas are available on every floor at no extra cost. If your session needs a separate private space, tell us when we plan your day so we can discuss the options and prices.
Can I arrive before the training starts?
Yes. You’re welcome from 8am, even if your session starts later. Daytime bookings finish at 6pm; speak to us if you need earlier or later access.
Can you help with dietary requirements?
Yes. Tell us about your group’s dietary requirements in advance so we can plan the food with you. If someone has a serious allergy, please speak to us about it before your visit.
What if we need specialist tech?
Tell us what you need and we’ll help you plan it. In-house AV and team support are included; specialist equipment hired in and complex live streaming can cost extra. We’ll explain those costs before you decide.
