Our pricing is genuinely all-inclusive. We know that a lot of places claim to be all inclusive then charge for laptops, flipchart paper, the nicer looking cold drinks… At wallacespace we don’t like hidden extras, if you can see it, it’s included in the price.

We’ll only charge you for extras that incur additional costs for us, for example if you were to ask us hire in a specialist piece of tech, or if you work with our friends at QPUK to run a complex live streaming event. We don’t charge for any tech we already have in house, and we don’t pass on huge markups.

Our pricing includes breakfast and lunch, a huge range of hot and cold drinks, snacks, stationery, any room turnarounds, laptops, AV and help + support from our friendly, knowledgeable teams.
