We know it can be nerve racking attending a training session, meeting or event somewhere you’ve never been before. You probably have lots of questions about what to expect. We’ve put together a few of our most frequently asked questions below, but if you can’t find find what you’re looking for or you prefer a good old fashioned chat, give us a call on 020 7395 1265.

Wallacespace buildings are all easy to get to, but we tend to be tucked away on quieter roads. You can download maps + directions for each building here – st pancrasclerkenwell green, covent garden + spitalfields.  Of course, if you get lost on the way you can always call us for directions on 020 7395 1265.

We ask that you wear a face covering in our communal areas, apart from when seated in our caffes. It is up to your group whether you decide to wear face coverings in your rooms.

We have a rigorous new cleaning system in place, a one-way system and staggered start and lunch timings to help you maintain a safe distance from others. You will also notice screens at our Front of House and in our cafes. You can find much more detailed information on our new systems here.

We do, just bring your bike into reception when you arrive and we’ll keep it safe for you. We have showers with fresh towels and lots of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and other stuff, just ask when you arrive. The toiletries have been removed from our shower rooms due to COVID guidelines, but ask at front of house and we will give you your own set of toiletries if you need them.

We’re open from 8am and you are very welcome to join us anytime from 8, even if your course doesn’t start until later. We close at 6pm, but if you have late or early access requirements please just let us know.

There is local parking around all of our spaces, but being in Central London it isn’t cheap. You can find information on parking for each of our buildings here – covent garden, st pancrasclerkenwell green + spitalfields.

We will always try to accommodate everyone’s dietary requirements. Our standard lunch offering includes a meat or fish option and a veggie option, plus lots of choices of salads. Breakfast is similarly plentiful and we have gluten free breakfast + snack options as standard. If you are vegan, avoid certain foods or have an intolerance, let us know in advance so we can prepare something especially for you.

Our kitchen handles sesame, soya, nuts, peanuts, gluten, egg, dairy, fish + celery as well as other allergens. We also take deliveries from other companies who handle allergens, so we can never be 100% certain to avoid all traces of a particular ingredient. If you have a serious allergy we advise you to bring your own food.

That said, we’ll do our very best and our friendly chefs are very helpful, so let us know in advance if you have a particular requirement.

If you need a room in which to pray during the day just let us know in advance and we will find you a space. The more notice you can give us, the better. Just give us a call on 020 7395 1265 or email ask@wallacespace.com.

If you need somewhere quiet to make a call, just come and let our front of house team know on the day. If we have room that isn’t being used we’ll point you in the right direction, otherwise we’ll help you to find a quiet spot in one of our breakout areas or caffes.

Yes, yes and yes. We have a range of charging and connectivity accessories. Give us a call on 020 7395 1265 to check in advance that we have the one you need.

Absolutely! Our team are happy to print anything from boarding passes to last minute feedback surveys. We have full colour printers that print in A5, A4 and A3. Our printers are good but not photo quality, so if you have any special requirements do let us know in advance. It’s also worth bearing in mind that if you have a lot of printing it may take a little time. For more than 100 pages of printing we do charge a nominal amount to cover our costs, but anything less than that is on us.

Our team are experts on what’s around our neighbourhood, so if you have questions on anything from the nearest postbox or pharmacist, to where you can buy a decent glass of red, we can help advise on where, how far and even help you with arrangements where necessary.

If you need a private space in which to express just let us know in advance and we will find you a space. The more notice you can give us, the easier we’ll find it to save a private space for you. However our team are very sensitive to the needs of breastfeeding mums so we’ll always bend over backwards to find you somewhere. Just give us a call on 020 7395 1265 or email ask@wallacespace.com.

Of course! We love birthdays. The more notice you can give us the better, but we can always nip out for you on the day if you need something last minute.

We have lifts at all of our buildings except St Pancras and 60 Parker Street. We have put together access info on each of our buildings here – st pancras, clerkenwell green, spitalfields + covent garden. Of course. We have superfast, free wifi, just ask for the password when you arrive.

Just give us a call if you’ve left anything at any of our spaces. If we find it we’ll keep it safe for you to collect or send it on to you.

We’ll keep your case safe in our office, just let us know when you arrive and we’ll store it until the end of the day.
