It was so good to be back at Wallacespace today, finally working face to face with colleagues! Thank you to the whole team for looking after us so well – you really couldn’t have done any more to make our day more productive and enjoyable. We felt really safe with all your Covid-safe measures. And it made such a difference to our output to be in such a great atmosphere, with relaxing, comfortable facilities. The refreshments were just as fabulous as ever too!

Grace, thank you for all your help with the meeting. It went really well and everyone was very impressed by the venue and the support we received. Great lunch and very effective room set up. Fraser was really helpful in getting the online attendees to be able to participate and be facilitated from the meeting.

Friday’s session went great – everyone really enjoyed the day and we felt very taken care of by the wallacespace staff. Food was great, the room experience was seamless, and what could have felt like any other day of meetings feel like an actual special occasion. The team is still beaming from it.

Thanks for being so flexible and communicative during the whole process, and I’d love to return with more members of our team when lockdown allows.

Thanks for your help in hosting our recent client workshop. As you know it was a critical workshop for us and enabled a vital session with our client. There was a fair amount of concern in advance about the venue and afterwards there was acknowledgement of how comfortable people felt despite the context.

It was clear you had thought about how you could replicate the Wallacespace experience. The way you’d adapted was both very effective and very comforting – even the sweet shops sweets had been made covid appropriate! The changes to the food service worked well and it was clear all staff involved were taking social distancing seriously.

I wanted to drop a line to say thank you to you and the team at wallacespace for taking such great care of us…more like spoiling us! We had such a fun and productive time. We have been raving about it and you will probably see more of us from iTech.

I just wanted to extend my thanks once again to you and your team for making the day for us yesterday so wonderful. I appreciate we weren’t the easiest of customers, but your team responded amazingly well to all our requests (and challenges!). It really seems you have a great team there, everyone was so friendly and willing to help, the catering team were also fab and so intuitive.

You probably hear this all the time but – our experience at wallacespace yesterday was wonderful! From the welcome to the staff to the food to the spaces, everything was just brilliant. We tried to say thank you to everyone but please let everyone at Clerkenwell know how much we appreciated their care and for helping our day be even better than expected!

We looked at a lot of venues but no one offered your flexibility, quality and brand appeal. What has stood out however was the quality of the team. They are bright, fun, responsive and get the job done. The nature of our business means that we sometimes need to make changes and your team feel like they are on our side as opposed to treating us as outsiders – that means a lot.

We had a great experience at wallacespace. We all felt that the space was really conducive to the thinking we needed to do and we benefitted from being out of the office. The staff were also so helpful and friendly. We will definitely recommend you to others in the organisation.

For many years I’ve trained large and small groups. Wallacespace is my favourite venue because it’s extra-ordinary. It’s more than a venue, it’s an amazing space in which to deliver training.

The essence of wallacespace is the staff. They know who you are before you arrive, so you feel like a VIP when you walk through the door. They know your specific requirements, they check the room is totally ready – if not, they roll up their sleeves and do this for you. Everything is a pleasure, if something isn’t in the room, it’s a ‘I will get that now for you – rather than: I wasn’t briefed about that, let me check. The staff take care and total responsibility to ensure that you have the best possible environment in which to deliver a great experience for your delegates.

The added benefit is the format of the place. There are no set coffee breaks and lunch is when you want it – this means you can stop at the moment that works for you, rather than having to pause mid-way through a critical message. And if there are special diets or specific requirements, these are automatically addressed, enhancing the training programme and delighting the delegates.

The room was light, there was space to move around and it was not ‘polished’. It didn’t feel like a conference room, but like a place where you could do what you wanted – stick things on walls, sit on the floor, whatever came to mind. In my experience, this sense of ‘permission’ is super important as a foundation for creative work. The staff were super friendly and helpful. You’ll obviously know this, but it makes such a difference to know there are a bunch of people ready – and happy – to help with sourcing stickers, or particular types of post its. This allowed me to focus my energies on the clients and getting as much out of the day as possible for them. The support of the staff really helped with this.

With regard to feedback on the venue, participants really enjoy your space which allowed for a high level of engagement and energy on the day. The amenities are always fantastic as well as your team who were on hand to assist with my set up.

I wanted to write and thank you for the venue, service and overall ethos that you bring. I spend much of my professional life in corporate training venues, meeting rooms and hotel conference rooms – and I will forevermore compare them unfavourably to you. Food – great. Staff – friendly and helpful. Room – airy, light, interesting and stimulating. I couldn’t have wished for a better space in which to work. Perfect.

The meeting went extremely well thank you and a big part of that was down to the venue and the service the guys received from you. We had many positive comments from the attendees around the meeting space, environment, choice of refreshments and apparently the italian sausage at lunch was amazing! (Wish i’d come too now)!!

I think from my personal experience of dealing with many hotels in the past etc for booking events like these, I’ve been so impressed with the customer service we have received from yourselves as it makes so much difference when you’re treated as a person rather than just another client, so much so I’ve just rang your St Pancras branch to book my next meeting in December!

We all agreed it was a truly great venue for our needs – the rooms were perfect and light, the staff were helpful and friendly and the food… ahhhh, fantastic healthy food which delighted us all. I shall be singing your praises for a long time.

Thank you for a beautiful venue and fantastic service. We were bowled over by your attention to detail (the space and food were great) and going beyond the call of duty– for example, washing our paint brushes, bringing toast for a colleague who wasn’t feeling well. Your team couldn’t have done more to support our creative workshop and I’m sure contributed to its success.

Very impressive and we’ll certainly be recommending you. We definitely want to come back again! A huge thank you to all the team.

Its continually amazes me how thoughtful, helpful and happy the whole team is on a daily basis. Nothing was too difficult or inconvenient for you and this is one of the many reasons we enjoy coming back to you every year.

I can honestly say I can’t fault you. The ease of the technology, the moveable flipcharts (venues that fix them to the wall have never facilitated a meeting or workshop!), the fabulous food and general friendly and welcoming atmosphere which means my participants can get on with their work. If I was a consultant on a group coming up with the perfect training venue from the point of view of the facilitator your model would be the one I used.

We had a fantastic night, we couldn’t have asked for anything more, the food, organisation and staff were brilliant. It was a great showcase for the venue so fingers crossed you’ll be seeing more of us (slightly more sober with any luck) in the new year.

Everything went great with the workshops – it was the first time at wallacespace for lots of my colleagues (myself included) and everyone just kept saying how awesome the space and service were. So good comments all round!

The team yesterday were epic! I have been in events for 10 years and I had to say the level of customer service offered by wallacespace has not been matched. My goal is to move all appropriate events over to your venues – as it just works!

I love coming to Wallacespace to deliver workshops: always happy, helpful, bright, flexible, natural light, colours and things to look at, and human beings to help if we need anything; we feel like grown-ups as we are trusted to help ourselves to what we need, when we need it.
How many venues have I used where I am interrupted by clinking clunking coffee trollies or people, problems not dealt swiftly because the venue is a hotel and not a training facility???? loads! Thankfully Wallacespace is not like that. At all. Thank Goodness

After many years in the business of delivering workshops, I am telling my London clients “I use Wallacespace”. There is no other venue like you – both me and delegates have more energy and inspiration in your venue. So, thank you for making life better. And thank you for setting up my slides before I arrive – not only is it technically a great relief, it makes me feel just a little bit loved when I’m travelling away from home for work. The Brightlife Team day at Wallacespace was great. The whole team found the day very useful and it was good to meet up with everyone.

There were lots of comments about the amount of space available, the food and the cleanliness. All the ‘finishing touches’ like the carpet doctor and toilet accessories were also noted and appreciated. The constant supply of sweets in the afternoon were also greatly welcomed!
