I wanted to let you know that many of my colleagues were in absolute awe of wallacespace. I’ve been twice now and on both occasions the customer service has been on point! All the refreshments laid on for us were wonderful, and we will never forget the well-stocked toilets. I want to add that the food yesterday was delicious. I don’t really like beef, however I decided to try it along with the rice and salad. I declined the aubergine because it had coriander in it. When I sat down to eat, the lovely lady that served me brought over a slice of aubergine without the coriander filling. I was blown away with the care that was shown to me. I cannot forget the very kind man, Niko. I told him I only drink apple juice and he went to another fridge so I could have the drink I desired. He didn’t have to do that but he did and he also made sure that the fridge on floor two had apple juice in it. A lovely thing to do. Please thank him for me, he truly was so very kind.

I work in a customer facing role as a Customer and Community Ambassador Team Leader and soon will be assisting with the training of new recruits. Wallacespace is definitely the BEST place to book to get the BEST experience when delivering any type of training. From the moment you walk in there are friendly faces in reception, then settling into the comfortable booked room and then enjoying a delicious lunch by the wonderful chef and his team on the 4th floor. Jaywing was looking for a venue to host an event in partnership with Google for up to 150 high profile clients and prospects. The challenge was to find a venue reflective of the Jaywing and Google brands, at short notice, within budget in a central London location.

Wallacespace had a suitable option, although due to popularity, it was booked up. The Den at Clerkenwell Green was available. In line with our requirements, we tasked the team with transforming the space -which was reflective of a comfortable, self-contained apartment, with cosy sofas and a kitchen – into a minimal, more contemporary area, more reflective of a tech savvy business environment. We were absolutely delighted with how hard the team worked to ensure the room was transformed to meet our exacting requirements. On the day we were particularly impressed with the event coordination, including the kitchen team, who worked seamlessly to our specific timings. The food and drink were excellent quality.

All our requests were met with super-efficient, friendly service – nothing was too much trouble; the team truly went over and above, and James was spectacular throughout the whole process.The event was a great success and several attendees commented on how much they loved the venue and the atmosphere at Clerkenwell Green.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue and extend our huge thanks to the team for catering to such a demanding client – thank you!

We had a brilliant day, and the space worked well.  The staff at Covent Garden were friendly and accommodating, and when we needed anything, they responded immediately. If anything, we were over catered for, with the doughnuts!  The whole team, and our facilitator, all found the ambiance of the venue creative and energising.  The catering staff obviously worked hard, and knew how to create great dishes that worked for everyone.Our upgraded room was a perfect space for us, and although it was a little warm, once we had been shown how to work the aircon, we were fine. I personally could have just stayed in the toilets, as they were fascinating, and took me back to my youth – Great décor! Thank you for a hugely valuable day for our team, and we will be recommending your venue to other teams within the Academy, and beyond.

We had an excellent 3 day experience at Wallacespace. Our challenge was to bring together a team of 15 people who were meeting each other face-to-face for the first time.There was work stuff to do and some very important team building stuff too. The relaxed vibe at Wallacespace created just the right kind of atmosphere for us to be both productive and relaxed as we went about our agenda.The on-demand nature of the quality facilities and food made it a great space to want to spend more time in. It’s so un-office like.And the team were excellent in terms of their availability and willingness to address even the smallest requests (shifting all our workshop outputs from the walls of one room to another overnight was a simple yet very good example of how they can make things more painless for multi-day events). I’d have no issues using or recommending Wallacespace again. In fact, I’d actively seek to make them a destination of choice should I need to do similar sessions with clients in the future.

I wanted to say a massive thank you for facilitating the team away days for us for the last couple of weeks.  For many of our staff who attended it was the first time they had been with colleagues and travelled on public transport in 14 months, and they were understandably anxious about what the away days would look like.  The feedback we have received from staff has been overwhelmingly positive, and this is in no small part due to the care and attention you and your team took in ensuring we had the space and environment to make people feel comfortable and to reconnect with each other.  The food was excellent (some of us were lucky enough to enjoy all 5 menus!), and we couldn’t have asked for more in terms of how each area was set up and coordinated (and of course, the snacks, drinks and alcohol at the end of each day were very well received!!).

For many years I’ve trained large and small groups. Wallacespace is my favourite venue because it’s extra-ordinary. It’s more than a venue, it’s an amazing space in which to deliver training.

The essence of wallacespace is the staff. They know who you are before you arrive, so you feel like a VIP when you walk through the door. They know your specific requirements, they check the room is totally ready – if not, they roll up their sleeves and do this for you. Everything is a pleasure, if something isn’t in the room, it’s a ‘I will get that now for you – rather than: I wasn’t briefed about that, let me check. The staff take care and total responsibility to ensure that you have the best possible environment in which to deliver a great experience for your delegates.

The added benefit is the format of the place. There are no set coffee breaks and lunch is when you want it – this means you can stop at the moment that works for you, rather than having to pause mid-way through a critical message. And if there are special diets or specific requirements, these are automatically addressed, enhancing the training programme and delighting the delegates.

The room was light, there was space to move around and it was not ‘polished’. It didn’t feel like a conference room, but like a place where you could do what you wanted – stick things on walls, sit on the floor, whatever came to mind. In my experience, this sense of ‘permission’ is super important as a foundation for creative work. The staff were super friendly and helpful. You’ll obviously know this, but it makes such a difference to know there are a bunch of people ready – and happy – to help with sourcing stickers, or particular types of post its. This allowed me to focus my energies on the clients and getting as much out of the day as possible for them. The support of the staff really helped with this.

When we hold training courses at Wallacespace they have a much a higher impact than ‘normal’ training space. The whole experience enhances peoples learning, allows people to focus on what they are doing and concentrate on the job. Just wanted to feedback how pleased we were with Wallacespace on Wednesday…
­ The room was a great space – light, airy, bright and from my point of view as the facilitator/trainer the facilities were excellent – everything worked (not always the case in my experience of venues) and those tiny little details were so helpful – the flipcharts were easily movable and the flip chart paper actually tore off properly – a joy!
­ The service was great and people were very friendly and helpful. Food was good too and the café area a lovely space to have the breaks.
