Training can be nerve-racking. You’re out of your comfort zone, possibly surrounded by new faces. Our clients tell us that the warmth of our welcome and the openness of our team puts people at ease, leading to a more comfortable and successful session. Our spaces are helpfully designed to encourage conversation and ‘water cooler’ moments.

Wallacespaces are flexible; you can choose any room layout, and even have it changed during the day if needed (at no extra cost). You’ll find helpful free breakout areas on every floor, and our team are always on hand to help you and advise on what works best.

Continue the conversation over lunch in our convivial caffès, setting you up for a productive and collaborative afternoon.

The ease of the technology, the moveable flipcharts (venues that fix them to the wall have never facilitated a meeting or workshop!), the fabulous food and general friendly and welcoming atmosphere which means my participants can get on with their work.  Wanted to feedback how pleased we were with Wallacespace on Wednesday…
­ The room was a great space – light, airy, bright and from my point of view as the facilitator/trainer the facilities were excellent – everything worked (not always the case in my experience of venues) and those tiny little details were so helpful – the flipcharts were easily movable and the flip chart paper actually tore off properly – a joy!
­ The service was great and people were very friendly and helpful. Food was good too and the café area a lovely space to have the breaks.

For many years I’ve trained large and small groups. Wallacespace is my favourite venue because it’s extra-ordinary. It’s more than a venue, it’s an amazing space in which to deliver training.
The essence of wallacespace is the staff. They know who you are before you arrive, so you feel like a VIP when you walk through the door. They know your specific requirements, they check the room is totally ready – if not, they roll up their sleeves and do this for you. Everything is a pleasure, if something isn’t in the room, it’s a ‘I will get that now for you – rather than: I wasn’t briefed about that, let me check. The staff take care and total responsibility to ensure that you have the best possible environment in which to deliver a great experience for your delegates.
The added benefit is the format of the place. There are no set coffee breaks and lunch is when you want it – this means you can stop at the moment that works for you, rather than having to pause mid-way through a critical message. And if there are special diets or specific requirements, these are automatically addressed, enhancing the training programme and delighting the delegates.

Our spaces are built for learning and collaboration.

You’ll find everything you need for your session in your rooms, including stationery, flip-charts, post-its and TVs. You’re also welcome to send us course materials ahead of the session.

As experts in training, we can advise on what would work best, from room layout to timings, so you’ll be free to focus on delivering the training.

 Our  flexible environments support collaboration and creative brainstorming. Rooms are set up to suit each event and you’re welcome to cover our walls in post-its. We have stationery, flip charts & paper ready for use in each room and can organise your materials to be sent to us ahead of time.
