Presentations & conferences

Concentrate on
what you came to say.

Our tech team can help you plan and rehearse your presentation, record it or stream it to people joining from elsewhere.

We’ll work through the screen layout, sound and connection with you, and stay on hand during your event. You can give your attention to the people you’re speaking to.

In-house AV and tech support are included. Specialist equipment hired in and complex live streaming can cost extra, and we’ll explain those costs as we plan.

Carry on the conversation

Stay for drinks
and a conversation.

Leave time for people to meet over drinks and canapés after your session. Our kitchens and informal seating give them places to settle in and chat.

Our chefs prepare food on-site. Tell us about your timings and dietary requirements, and we’ll plan the menu with you, whether you’re staying for lunch or an evening event.

We’re here beyond office hours too. Get in touch for evening and weekend prices and availability.

Our daytime pricing is genuinely all-inclusive. For an evening event, we’ll plan the food, drinks and timings with you and explain what’s included in your price.

Food and drink throughout your day

Breakfast and lunch, hot and cold drinks, and snacks are included in your daytime booking, unless you ask us to remove a meal.

Tech and people to help

In-house AV, WiFi and laptops, with our team on hand to help you use them.

Space to change the pace

Shared breakout areas and space turnarounds are included. We can rearrange your space between a presentation and a discussion.

We’ll discuss any extra costs for specialist tech or complex live streaming before you decide.

Can we stay for drinks after a presentation?

Yes. We can plan drinks and canapés after your session, or an evening event in its own right. Get in touch for prices and availability.

Can people join our presentation remotely?

Yes. Our tech team can help plan a presentation for people joining in person and online. Tell us what you want to do, and we’ll work through the setup and any specialist costs with you.

Can you help us choose the layout?

Yes. Tell us about your presentation and what people will do between sessions. We’ll advise on seating and breakout areas, and can rearrange your space during your event.

Do you have private entrances?

Yes. We have spaces with private entrances. Tell us about your event and any confidentiality requirements so we can advise on a suitable space.

Can we look around before deciding?
