Our pricing is genuinely all-inclusive. We know plenty of places say that, then charge extra for the laptop, flipchart paper or the nicer-looking cold drinks. We don’t like hidden extras. Breakfast and lunch are included unless you ask us to remove them, along with a huge range of hot and cold drinks, snacks, stationery, private WiFi, layout changes during your day, laptops, basic video-conferencing tech and help from our friendly, knowledgeable team.
Yes, absolutely. Our chefs make breakfast and lunch on site and can look after dietary requirements when we know about them in advance. Tell us what your team needs and we’ll plan the menu with care.
WiFi, laptops, screens, projectors and basic video-conferencing tech are included. Tell us how you plan to run your meeting and our team will have everything ready before you start. If you need specialist equipment, we’ll talk it through with you first.

Our Ts and Cs are genuinely flexible. We don’t take deposits for most bookings, and you can move or cancel without charge more than four weeks ahead of your event.
