How to apply

There are two ways for you to reach the recruitment team

Directly

If you’d like to send your up-to-date CV and cover email directly to us, please email joinus@wallacespace.com. It could be that you’re unsure which role would best suit you, or purely a speculative application, we are always happy to hear from you.

Via a job platform

If you initially found us via a job platform & are checking us out, that’s great. We look forward to receiving your details via the platform, or you can get in touch with us directly.

 

What to expect

Stage 1

If we believe that your experience is a match for our role, you will receive an email from the recruitment team to arrange a phone screen. This is a chance for us to find out a bit more about each other – we can assess your experience and you can ask any questions or iron out any concerns. 

Stage 2

If you receive a positive outcome from the phone screen, a face-to-face interview will be arranged, along with a written or practical task for some of our roles. 

Stage 3

A final interview with an Associate Director to wrap up the recruitment process. 

 

If you are unsuccessful in any of the above steps, we will be in touch with feedback. However, due to the volume of applicants, we aren’t able to reply to everyone who applies. However, don’t let this put you off applying in future, please keep an eye out for other opportunities.
