Can you help us plan a private event?
Yes. We have spaces with private entrances, and you can ask about hiring a whole floor or building. Tell us what privacy means for your event so we can discuss access, shared areas and the right arrangement before you book.
Can colleagues or speakers join remotely?
Yes. We can help you plan presentations and hybrid sessions, including rehearsal, recording and live streaming. In-house AV and tech support are included. Specialist equipment and complex streaming can cost extra, which we’ll discuss with you first.
Can we stay for drinks after a briefing?
Yes. Continue the conversation over drinks and canapés after your session. We’ll work out food, timings and the price with you. Get in touch for evening and weekend availability.
Can we visit before we decide?
Yes. Come for a showround or ask for a virtual look around. We can talk through your agenda as you explore, including layouts, access and where people will spend their breaks.
