As more people return to the office for some or all of the working week, some of London’s largest companies are reporting difficulties sourcing high quality office space.
The FT has even reported that the City of London risks running out of prime office space within three years, as a construction slowdown caused by Brexit and Covid collides with resurgent demand from large tenants.
