Workspace has changed as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. As home and hybrid working looks to be here to stay, and with many companies downsizing offices or giving up leases altogether, we’re hearing that you need temporary, informal office space… a flexible base with no long-term agreement.

We have bright, inspiring, positive spaces designed for sharing ideas, innovation, strengthening team spirit, meeting clients and reconnecting teams.

no nasty long term, restrictive contracts
We don’t lock you into long term restrictive contracts. Our booking terms are incredibly flexible, with no deposits for the majority of bookings and the option to cancel dates up to two weeks before.

what you want, when you want it
Not all organisations operate 9-5 and neither do we. You can book us by the day, the week or the month (including weekends) and our daily opening and closing hours are flexible too.

rooms that have everything you need
We can furnish your space in the way that best suits your needs, from desks and chairs to softer more collaborative furnishings for brainstorms or workshops. You can book single rooms, multiple rooms or an entire building. You are welcome to bring your own branding to make the space your own.

It’s our service and atmosphere that sets us apart. We believe in saying ‘yes’ and providing service which ensures you have the best possible day. We actively look for ways to take the stress away and our friendly, helpful team are always on hand to help.

fresh, seasonal food to keep you going

Our food is fresh, seasonal and cooked on site by our talented chefs. Breakfast is served in our homely kitchens from 8am and our tasty, two-course lunches include veggie, meat or fish choices with plenty of healthy salads and complex carbs to keep you going throughout the day. 

Our breakout spaces are free to use and there’s always piping hot tea and coffee, cold drinks, cordials, healthy snacks and sweet treats available. It’s all included, help yourself.

We have all the tech you need to connect with those who can’t join in person. For longer term bookings we can provide private phones and wifi lines.

COVID-secure locations
We have four easy-to-get-to Central London locations: Covent Garden, St Pancras, Clerkenwell Green and Spitalfields. No need to carry out COVID risk assessments, we’ve done all the planning. We are a AIM accredited and COVID-secure venue.

environments to collaborate and innovate
Our environments are thoughtfully designed to keep people focused and engaged. Our rooms have plenty of natural daylight and an abundance of space so you can work effectively.

bike and shower facilities
If you’re travelling by bike, don’t worry about arriving hot and sweaty. We have showers, toiletries, towels and space to store your bike safely. If you’re arriving by Santander bike, there are docking stations close to all of our buildings.

It was so good to be back at Wallacespace today, finally working face to face with colleagues! Thank you to the whole team for looking after us so well - you really couldn’t have done any more to make our day more productive and enjoyable. We felt really safe with all your Covid-safe measures. And it made such a difference to our output to be in such a great atmosphere, with relaxing, comfortable facilities. The refreshments were just as fabulous as ever too!
