At wallacespace, we are experts in space for meetings, workshops and events.

We’re known for doing it thoughtfully, with energy and passion.

What we’re not is expert in content: the stuff that happens behind closed doors, when that meeting actually gets underway. That’s down to the quiet army of facilitators who are the thinkers & specialists in their field. It might be a new approach to a facet of leadership, conflict resolution, mediation et al.

Our wallacespace ‘beehive’ is an informal network of facilitators and other people we work with.

People who do things that you may find interesting, or that may be helpful in developing your business.

Our clients often ask for recommendations, and so we created a space to share insights and spark curiosity. Do drop us a line at ask@wallacespace.com if you’d like to join our beehive.

Chris Grant OBE

Chris is a hugely experienced and creative facilitator, who has worked with rocket scientists (literally), medal-winning coaches in the Paralympic and Olympic sports, community groups, bankers, urban planners and many more.

Previously CEO of a UK-wide charity, Chris has held many Board roles and currently chairs the British Basketball Federation. Chris has run a number of workshops for us at wallacespace, always to rave reviews from the team.

Pamela Hamilton and her Workshop Book.

Our copy is covered in scribble already and we’re book-marking every other page! One thing that stood out to us as a meeting space was surprising….

Have fewer meetings.  That’s right. Meet less. But importantly, meet better.

Make your meetings special. Make them focussed and considered. Give them purpose.

Pam says that one of the quickest ways to have more effective meetings is to have fewer, better organised meetings.

Of course, if you take those meetings offsite it helps. And if you take those meetings to a space dedicated to helping you feel good, think better and achieve more, well, who knows what you’ll achieve…

Kirsty Lewis and School of Facilitation

In 2014, Kirsty created the School of Facilitation after a long time looking for something similar and realising it didn’t exist. Over the years, it has taken shape, gradually evolving into a supportive and educational platform for both facilitators and businesses.
