Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and your team for looking after my MD and her leadership team so well last week. Feedback from my MD: Wallacespace was incredible thank you! We were facilitating a two-day planning event with around 80 people in the room at Wallacespace Spitalfields. I have to say I’m really impressed by the venue, the service and above all by how much we were looked after. Wallacespace is a great place to have workshops, working meetings. I would recommend them specifically if you need to have teams from multiple companies as a neutral space can support collaboration. Ellie & staff did their best to support us in whichever way we needed to be supported (and most of the time we weren’t even aware of the fact we need support!) Great location, fantastic staff, superb catering … really everything you need so that you can just focus on your event. Fully recommended!
On behalf of myself, everyone at the ESCP Executive Education team, and also on behalf of so many Executive MBA participants, I would like to thank you and each and everyone on your team at Wallacespace St Pancras. The participants loved the venue, the location, the food (!!!), the positive vibes, and also the endless supply of sugar in all forms! Tina and everyone at Wallacespace have helped me and ESCP massively, making this programme run smoothly and reducing the stress as much as possible for the coordination. Everyone in your team has been amazing, patient, and delivered their best! Starting from last-minute changes to finding coconut drinks and providing adapters. I truly felt a part of a team and very welcomed! I will definitely miss the place and hope we will have another event soon at Wallacespace! To deliver high-quality services, we need high-quality partners and you and everyone at Wallacespace St Pancras definitely are great partners and now also friends.
The away day was a great success. It was commented on how nice it was to have so much natural light in the room. The lunch was super tasty and was enjoyed by all. The projector and speakers to connect the others dialling in remotely were faultless (many thanks for accommodating this last minute). It really did put me at ease when I arrived knowing we had used wallacespace before and everything was taken care of, I would feel nervous going anywhere else now!
The team at Wallacespace are friendly and professional and always go above and beyond to ensure that your day runs smoothly. They are so well organised and offer everything and more that you could ever need to host a training day. As a facilitator, it’s great to be able to focus on the delivery of the training knowing that Wallacespace has everything else covered.
It’s always an absolute joy to host events at Wallacespace as nothing is ever too much trouble or too big a request. Every single member of staff we encountered were really friendly and made us feel so welcome. Niko was an absolute gem during the event, he made sure I was happy with everything that was going on, checked in with timings and ensured I was well fed and watered during the event too! (Always something I forget about when my head’s on the smooth running of things). There were lots of compliments from attendees on the food throughout the event too.
Thanks again for all you help, can’t wait to get planning our next event at Wallacespace, there were whispers of a Winter wonderland themes social for December…watch this space!

I cannot recommend Wallacespace enough! It is an excellent managed office space for any event or meeting, from the attentive booking process, the superbly helpful front of house staff, the friendly catering crew and plus the wide variety of food, drinks and snacks available throughout the day – it was fantastic. Everything was taken care of and so all we needed to do was relax and enjoy the space. The organisational competency and approachability of all staff members is second to none.
Wallacespace is an excellent managed office service, that I would highly recommend. The spaces available for meetings and events, are creative and the attention to detail is fantastic. On arrival there was fresh coffee, which is always a great start! When booking with Olivia, I felt all my needs were met and the process was seamless. The catering for breakfast and lunch was amazing, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our Exec Team really enjoyed using the space and we will be booking again soon!
