The forum went really well and we got through a lot. Everyone was really happy and excited to be here.
The room we had (Apollo) worked really well (thanks for the upgrade by the way) and Gabrielle was super helpful every day.
No doubt we’ll come back again in the near future.

Every single person, from front of house through to washing up was interested in who we were and what we were there for. No-one ever said to me it wasn’t their job, even though I frequently asked questions of the wrong people.
The food was wonderful, it made me so proud to offer great British cooking and hospitality to people from almost 20 countries.
Suffice to say, I’m not sure that I can go back to the basement of an airport hotel with fixed tea breaks and sandwiches for lunch!

All staff were second to none. So helpful, friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and when one of your colleagues got me some PG Tips tea bags!!! Anything to make the day a welcoming experience.

From initial contact with Grace to completion, the service my team & I received, was faultless. It’s a huge weight off my mind knowing there is a team onsite to help when I can’t be there myself. Hugely accommodating, with all the facilities you will need for an offsite, which also just happens to be a very cool space and the location is perfect. Great food offerings and such a lovely team who make you feel welcome and really take a moment to listen to any on-site needs you might have.

The team at wallacespace are experts at organising corporate events with a non-corporate feel. Their covent garden venue is bright, interesting and imaginative, with lots of character and well-chosen interiors. Right from the word go, they took a relaxed, unpressured approach, showing patience when I needed it and then getting quickly into gear with me once I was given the green light.

I wanted to write and tell you how much I enjoyed our conference at wallacespace yesterday. Your staff were extremely well organised and nothing was too much trouble for them. Letting us have our own special lunch was fantastic and really helped to bring alive what we were trying to do on the day.
In particular I wanted to thank you for going to the chemist and getting me the heat patch, what amazing customer service you have instilled in the team.
I will definitely look to use wallacespace again and will recommend you to colleagues and friends.

The team at Wallacespace are friendly and professional and always go above and beyond to ensure that your day runs smoothly. They are so well organised and offer everything and more that you could ever need to host a training day. As a facilitator, it’s great to be able to focus on the delivery of the training knowing that Wallacespace has everything else covered.

When booking with Olivia, I felt all my needs were met and the process was seamless.  The catering for breakfast and lunch was amazing, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our Exec Team really enjoyed using the space and we will be booking again soon!

Wallacespace is a great place to have workshops, working meetings. I would recommend them specifically if you need to have teams from multiple companies as a neutral space can support collaboration.
