Delicious food and a wonderful selection of refreshments – such a treat to be able to pick and choose from so many nice options during the day. The environment is really conducive to creative thinking and it was particularly nice to be able to use the outdoor space for our breaks and at the end of the day. Great value for money option in comparison to other venues. A massive 10 out of 10 on all aspects including staff friendliness, food, venue and organisation!
I wanted to write and thank you for the venue, service and overall ethos that you bring. I spend much of my professional life in corporate training venues, meeting rooms and hotel conference rooms – and I will forevermore compare them unfavourably to you. Food – great. Staff – friendly and helpful. Room – airy, light, interesting and stimulating. I couldn’t have wished for a better space in which to work. Perfect.

The meeting went extremely well thank you and a big part of that was down to the venue and the service the guys received from you. We had many positive comments from the attendees around the meeting space, environment, choice of refreshments and apparently the italian sausage at lunch was amazing! (Wish i’d come too now)!!
I think from my personal experience of dealing with many hotels in the past etc for booking events like these, I’ve been so impressed with the customer service we have received from yourselves as it makes so much difference when you’re treated as a person rather than just another client, so much so I’ve just rang your St Pancras branch to book my next meeting in December!
We all agreed it was a truly great venue for our needs – the rooms were perfect and light, the staff were helpful and friendly and the food… ahhhh, fantastic healthy food which delighted us all. I shall be singing your praises for a long time.
The team at wallacespace are experts at organising corporate events with a non-corporate feel. Their covent garden venue is bright, interesting and imaginative, with lots of character and well chosen interiors. Right from the word go, they took a relaxed, unpressured approach, showing patience when I needed it and then getting quickly into gear with me once I was given the green light.
As usual the venue, food and staff were all amazing! Absolutely brilliant going there, everything is always so well organised and prepared for us, I would happily use wallacespace for every judging/meeting I have.

I’m sure that people compliment the venue all the time – it’s a lovely space – but it’s the staff who really make it. I particularly appreciated all of your help on the day and the efforts of those who helped us with our 100s of ‘little requests’.

Thank you for a beautiful venue and fantastic service. We were bowled over by your attention to detail (the space and food were great) and going beyond the call of duty– for example, washing our paint brushes, bringing toast for a colleague who wasn’t feeling well. Your team couldn’t have done more to support our creative workshop and I’m sure contributed to its success.

I can honestly say I can’t fault you. The ease of the technology, the moveable flipcharts (venues that fix them to the wall have never facilitated a meeting or workshop!), the fabulous food and general friendly and welcoming atmosphere which means my participants can get on with their work. If I was a consultant on a group coming up with the perfect training venue from the point of view of the facilitator your model would be the one I used.
