The away day was a great success. It was commented on how nice it was to have so much natural light in the room. The lunch was super tasty and was enjoyed by all. The projector and speakers to connect the others dialling in remotely were faultless (many thanks for accommodating this last minute). It really did put me at ease when I arrived knowing we had used wallacespace before and everything was taken care of, I would feel nervous going anywhere else now!
The team at Wallacespace are friendly and professional and always go above and beyond to ensure that your day runs smoothly. They are so well organised and offer everything and more that you could ever need to host a training day. As a facilitator, it’s great to be able to focus on the delivery of the training knowing that Wallacespace has everything else covered.
It’s always an absolute joy to host events at Wallacespace as nothing is ever too much trouble or too big a request. Every single member of staff we encountered were really friendly and made us feel so welcome. Niko was an absolute gem during the event, he made sure I was happy with everything that was going on, checked in with timings and ensured I was well fed and watered during the event too! (Always something I forget about when my head’s on the smooth running of things). There were lots of compliments from attendees on the food throughout the event too.
Thanks again for all you help, can’t wait to get planning our next event at Wallacespace, there were whispers of a Winter wonderland themes social for December…watch this space!

I cannot recommend Wallacespace enough! It is an excellent managed office space for any event or meeting, from the attentive booking process, the superbly helpful front of house staff, the friendly catering crew and plus the wide variety of food, drinks and snacks available throughout the day – it was fantastic. Everything was taken care of and so all we needed to do was relax and enjoy the space. The organisational competency and approachability of all staff members is second to none.
Wallacespace is an excellent managed office service, that I would highly recommend. The spaces available for meetings and events, are creative and the attention to detail is fantastic. On arrival there was fresh coffee, which is always a great start! When booking with Olivia, I felt all my needs were met and the process was seamless. The catering for breakfast and lunch was amazing, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our Exec Team really enjoyed using the space and we will be booking again soon!

The meeting space was modern and chic and the team were especially so delighted and impressed by the detail put into the decorations and planning beforehand which was all perfectly set up by the time we arrived. Liz was brilliant in helping us plan our event – never hesitating to provide lots of ideas and suggestions from activities to the catering ideas which were super thoughtful and tasteful. Thank you so much also to Lottie and James who were so helpful and got us very hyped up and excited for the day, and catered really attentively to all our needs!
We had an excellent 3 day experience at Wallacespace. Our challenge was to bring together a team of 15 people who were meeting each other face-to-face for the first time.There was work stuff to do and some very important team building stuff too. The relaxed vibe at Wallacespace created just the right kind of atmosphere for us to be both productive and relaxed as we went about our agenda.The on-demand nature of the quality facilities and food made it a great space to want to spend more time in. It’s so un-office like.And the team were excellent in terms of their availability and willingness to address even the smallest requests (shifting all our workshop outputs from the walls of one room to another overnight was a simple yet very good example of how they can make things more painless for multi-day events). I’d have no issues using or recommending Wallacespace again. In fact, I’d actively seek to make them a destination of choice should I need to do similar sessions with clients in the future.

Nothing but praise from our side. The spaces we had were perfect for our needs, and much nicer than the generic corporate spaces I had been looking at. The refreshments were spot-on, and the lunch was really good. Most importantly though, I’d like to thank you and the team for the unbelievably friendly, helpful and efficient service you provided.
