Join the team?

We are always on the lookout for talented people, so if you are pro-active, have a can-do attitude + have never uttered the words ‘that’s not my job’, we’d love to hear from you.

We are always thrilled to hear from smiling, helpful people with bags of common sense who would like to work in our kitchen spaces, on front of house or as part of our client management teams, so even if you can’t see the job you’re looking for on our list of vacancies, take a punt and drop us a line anyway, we’re at jobs@wallacespace.com.

Our values & culture

Our values & culture

Our clients really are at the heart of everything we do at wallacespace.

We are thoughtful and used to anticipating peoples’ needs by asking the right questions to better understand how to deliver an exceptional experience.

Everyone who works for us is naturally helpful with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.

Collaboration is essential, with different departments across multiple buildings all working together to deliver extraordinary service. Therefore we seek to hire people who have the soft skills necessary to build strong relationships internally, as well as externally with our clients.

Training & development

Professional Development and your business ‘tool box’

Our goal at wallacespace is that everyone should leave us with a better developed ‘business toolbox’ than when they joined.

Most departments start their journey with a week-long induction which is designed to get you off to a flying start. You’ll then start role-specific training and we keep this training up with a series of internal skills sessions and external training, all with a view to making you more commercially aware with a better understanding of the wider business world and also to develop the skills you need to really push forward in your chosen department.

How to apply & what to expect

Attitude, enthusiasm and transferable skills are more important than directly applicable experience, so try to outline what you could bring to the role and don’t worry too much about ‘the perfect CV’. We have a three-part interview process for most roles. Your first interview will be a telephone interview, then you’ll have a face to face meeting with one or our senior managers and if you are successful then your final interview will be with one of our directors.

You can read more about the process here.
