Apollo + Soyuz holds up to 220 people in theatre layout or 120 in cabaret. Rudder & Locker holds up to 75 in theatre or 40 in cabaret. Tell us about your plans and we’ll confirm a layout that works for your group.
Can we have a floor to ourselves?
Yes. Ask us about exclusive floor hire at Spitalfields, with your own breakout area and space for private calls. We’ll work through availability, your plans and the price with you.
Can you help with presentations and hybrid events?
Yes. Tell us about your speakers, presentations and anyone joining remotely. Our team will help you plan the tech and support. In-house AV is included; specialist equipment hired in and complex live streaming can cost extra.
What is included in the price?
Your meeting package includes breakfast and lunch unless you ask us to remove a meal, plus drinks, snacks, in-house AV, WiFi, stationery and team support. We’ll explain any additional costs when we plan your day.
Are the spaces accessible?
Rudder & Locker is on the ground floor at Kings Cross and is wheelchair accessible. Kings Cross has no lift to its other floors. Tell us what your team needs so we can help you choose a suitable space and work through access at Spitalfields.
Can we hold an evening or weekend event?
Yes, absolutely. Get in touch for prices and availability. We’ll help you plan the space, food and timings around your event.
