Please let us know what your requirements are. We may need to charge you extra for some of these services but we will discuss this with you when we plan your program.

booking terms & conditions
Numbers for daily delegate rates must be confirmed 7 days before commencement of your event. All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email/fax or letter) at least 30 days before your program. Cancellations will be charged at the following rates:

14 days or less = 100 % fees due
15 to 30 days before = 50% fees due
+ 30 days = no fees due

access & security
Usual access is from 0800hrs to 1800hrs. We have a full time security guard on the front desk at all times. Out-of hours security may be arranged.
Please let us have the names of your delegates in advance so that we may prepare security badges for them in advance.

disabled access
Please let us know in advance so that we may make any special arrangements and have extra staff on hand to help if necessary

galleryspace
Visual stimulation is important and training/conference space should be interesting and inspiring.

To this end we run an active gallery to show new works by varied artists. This gives the space vibrant, dynamic creative energy. As a bonus, if you like a piece enough, you can buy it - all works are for sale.
We have two aims with the gallery:
1) to make WallaceSpace an inspirational place to work and learn. We hope that the works of art you see around you will be both aesthetically pleasing and help give you time to contemplate and make the learning process more pleasurable.
2) to help support young artists by providing them a free exhibition space, and an audience ­ you ­ while at the same time not crippling them by charging the usual gallery commission.

If you prefer to use wallacespace to promote your own business by exhibiting literature or products, please let us know what you require.

innerspace
Lunch and tea/coffee is usually served in our caffè area. The caffè is an open-plan eating and relaxing area. Sky-TV, daily newspapers, many leading periodicals, chilled soft drinks, and fresh tea and coffee always at the ready. If you prefer to take breaks/lunch in your seminar room please let us know. We can also make a separate break-out room available if one is free.Included as standard in our daily delegate rate is:working breakfast Fresh fruit juices, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, tea, coffee & infusions

energising lunch
For example: a variety of
freshly made salads with chicken/salmon, vietnamese rice paper rolls, sushi rolls, flatbread wraps, fresh fruit, selection of home-baked cakes.

refreshments
Unlimited servings of tea/coffee, mineral water, fresh juices, soft drinks & biscuits. Fresh supplies of tea and coffee are always available and delegates are invited to help themselves to soft drinks throughout the day from the café area.

don't want lunch?
For clients who do not require breakfast and lunch, we provide refreshments throughout the day as listed above in ‘Refreshments’ section. This is in addition to the Room Hire fee and is per delegate, £7 full day and £4 half day. This includes as many breaks as you require.
