wallacespace st pancras is an exciting new location for creative thinking, seminars, training and brainstorming.

We have taken second space in St Pancras (that opened in April), it’s twice the size of Dryden Street and we did this because we have been so and busy here (nice problem to have), we were concerned that we were beginning to lack the flexibility that you needed.

It is a wonderful stand-alone warehouse of 12,000 sq ft, over 4 floors with outside/deckspace in the caffè and 3 floors with different sized rooms taking from 2 to 120 people.

The 3rd floor is loftspace with an ‘apartment-style’ rooms, a bit like our Living Room at Covent Garden.

There will be a memberspace (more on this later) and more room for email pick-up and adhoc breakoutspaces.

Centrally located Duke's Road WC1H 9PN - is just 2 minutes walk from St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston stations, it is well placed for all forms of transport.

Like Covent Garden (for those of you who know us already) it has loads of natural light and will be calmly air-conditioned.

It has an interesting history and a strong creative pedigree where it has successfully housed Wolff Ollins, the design consultant and St Lukes the advertising agency. Rather differently it started life as Callard and Bowser’s toffee factory where it is rumoured that you wouldn’t eat the toffees if you saw the state of the people who worked there!
 

Everything is new and being used, so there is a touch of jet lag with pictures of all the spaces. So far we have rephotographed the top floor, nest 1, 2 and 3. the second floor, dogleg squareroom 2 and caffèspace.

As before, these are fun virtual reality panorama pictures that you can zoom in and out of as well as pan around.

Plus we have kept some a very definite before pictures so you can see the changes.
