Our old warehouse used to be the Callard & Bowser toffee factory and all of the rooms have high ceilings and large factory windows ensuring that the spaces are flooded with natural light from morning to evening. | ||||||||
Our rooms are essentially blank canvasses that we can set up in anyway you like. All of our spaces have the potential to be either a formal boardroom or a relaxed living room environment for creative discussions and workshops. We like it when you challenge us, in the past we have turned rooms into Oscar ceremony venues, beaches or even woodland scenes (complete with real leaves on the floor!).
Our furniture is designed so we can move it around at a moments notice to fit with exactly what you need.
All of our rooms have wall-mounted plasma screens or ceiling mounted LCDs. As part of our standard daily delegate rate we'll provide flipcharts, laptops, LCD projectors, WIFI and any AV you might need on the day. Need something different? Just ask, we have whiteboards, source material... even a Nintendo Wii. Our team are on-hand all day to provide technical assistance should anything go wrong and to provide administrative assistance where necessary. We know that the fewer distractions you have, the more profitable your time with us will be. | |||||||||

We have lots of breakout spaces; little nooks and crannies around the buildings filled with cushions, comfy sofas... even a beanbag or spacehopper or two. These are available for free on a first come first served basis.
If you need a private room for longer breakouts, we have those too but we may charge you for them, talk to us and we will help you to work out the best option for you. | |||||||||

Breakfast and lunch are usually served in our two kitchens which have 50 inch TV screens, newspapers and magazines, as well as our delicious food and drinks so you can take the weight off your sling-backs, relax and recuperate.
We encourage you to stretch your legs and head to our caffés for breakfast and lunch, but if you would prefer to have us bring it to your room just make sure we know in advance. | |||||||||

wallacespace st pancras was once a 19th century toffee factory and as such only has limited wheelchair access.
Different coloured and contrasting flooring has been designed to help the visually disabled.
