It is all change at covent garden, we have added 4 rooms, with more to come. Two of these are fully equipped with digital recording facilities and a 2-way mirror.

“I need somewhere to breakout...” We have lots of breakoutspaces, knowing, as we do, that you’ll probably only need them for half an hour or so - so they are free.

If you need a separate room for longer breakouts, we have those too but we may charge you for them.

Let us know what you need. Most of it comes in the price but if we need to charge you extra for some business services we will always tell you ahead of time.

11 ivy
Great flexible space that can be opened out into a larger area if you need more room.

12 moss
Has a sound proof removable room divider connecting it to Ivy room next door. Perfect if you’re looking for a flexible space for conferences, meetings and training.

Just like bracken and sage on the floor above, Ivy and Moss open out into one large meeting room, perfect for conferences, larger workshops or product launches.

13 rosehip
Has a two-way mirror connecting it to bluebell, making it perfect for focus groups and market research, as well as for training, workshops and meetings.

14 bluebell
Light and bright, this is one of our most popular rooms. Also has the two-way mirror connection to Rosehip so this is also a popular space for market research groups.

covent garden lower caffè
Super convenient for those on the first floor is our freshly revamped lower caffè, not as large as the upper caffe, but the food and drink is just as great tasty and anti soporific.

21 bracken
A cool, calm minimal room suitable for training, meetings and workshops.

22 sage
A bit like 21 bracken, cool, calm, tonnes of natural daylight.

These two rooms open to one large space which can take up to 90 theatre-style. Highly flexible and perfect for that small conference or an exhibition space for a product launch.

23 russet
Energetic - this room is best used for creative thinking or to encourage behavioural change.

24 plum
One of our most popular rooms. Plenty of room for 20-30 to meet in the round or for conferences, seminars and then breakout.

25 potting shed
For 6 to 8 people as a boardroom or tailored training.

26 garden room
(Almost) like sitting on the lawn sipping Pimms on a Summers day.

Our sunny garden room is perfect for if you’re looking for space for training sessions, meetings and workshops.

27 glass house just opened!
Small but perfectly formed. This room is ideal for board meetings or brainstorming sessions for 4-6 people.
 

31 greenhouse
You’ll want to live here! In the eaves of the building with soft sofas. Good for relaxed and informal discussion, creative meetings and research / focus groups.

32 the loft
The old loft in our warehouse building. Sunny - excellent for training and creative meetings.

33 tool shed
Small, cosy and great for meetings of 4 - 6 people

Our secret covent garden rooftop hideaway has been enlarged and improved, serving even more tasty fresh food that will not send you to sleep, in a spacious Covent Garden rooftop setting.
