Breakfast, lunch, tea/coffee/infusions and other juices and drinks are normally served in our caffèspace. If you prefer to take breaks in your room, that’s also possible. caffèspace has Sky TV, newspapers and magazines, excellent food and drinks so you can take the weight off your sling-backs, relax and recuperate. The following are also included as standard in our daily delegate rate:

Healthy food isn’t all brown rice. It really can be very good food indeed. Our food has been designed by a leading London chef and nutritionist to feed your brain, enliven you and encourage concentration.
•It will be made with the best ingredients. No curled up sandwiches, no stodgy school dinner food and no sending you to sleep after lunch.
•Unlimited refreshments includes unlimited servings of tea, coffee, infusions, mineral water, fresh juices, soft drinks and snacks as you want.
•Special diet or special menu? No problem, just let us know what you need.
 

If you don’t want breakfast and lunch then go for the room hire and refreshments rate. Included:

caffèspace is one of the only roof-top, glass spaces in Covent Garden available to rent. Perfect for cocktail receptions and parties. Canapes and champagne, sushi and saki, cheese and wine - whatever takes your fancy. Details on request.
 

Full business support services include email and internet access, telephone, fax and photocopying, meeting and greeting staff, help with booking taxis, mini buses, restaurants, theatres and hotels.
 

Our central location makes wallacespace ideal for research focus groups. Comfortable and informal rooms are available which may be viewed remotely by clients.
 

Full day 0800 - 1800hrs
Half day 0900 - 1300hrs or 1400 - 1800hrs
Evening events are usually from 1830hrs

Late access, evenings and weekends
All available on request.
 

All bookings must be confirmed in writing at least 14 days in advance. Numbers must be confirmed at least seven days in advance.

Cancellations are charged at the following rates:
14 days or less 30% of total
7 days or less 60% of total
24 hours or less 100% of total.
 

wallacespace was once a 19th century chandelier warehouse and as such only has limited wheelchair access. Different coloured and contrasting flooring has been designed to help the visually disabled. We also have induction loops for those with hearing disabilities.
