Right in the middle of Covent Garden and Holborn tubes and only a 5 minute stroll from each, our meeting spaces in Covent Garden are ideally located for Charing Cross mainline station, Oxford Street, Soho and the rest of the West End.

The building used to be a chandelier showroom which explains the great light, but it is also full of nooks and crannies with sofas and chairs providing ideal break-out areas that are free of charge.

We provide you with the perfect environment and atmosphere as we understand that you need everything to be the best it can be in order to get the best return on the time and money you spend with us.

Our rooms are essentially blank canvasses that we can set up in anyway you like. All of our spaces have the potential to be either a formal boardroom or a relaxed layout for creative discussions and workshops.

We like a challenge, so feel free to be as creative as you like in your requests. Our furniture looks great but is also flexible so we can move it around at a moments notice to fit with exactly what you need.

Most of our rooms have wall-mounted plasma screens. As part of our standard daily delegate rate we'll provide flipcharts, laptops, LCD projectors and any AV you might need on the day. Need something different? Just ask, we have whiteboards, source material... even a Nintendo Wii. Our friendly team are on-hand all day to provide technical assistance should anything go wrong and to provide administrative assistance where necessary. We know that the fewer distractions you have, the more profitable your time with us is.

We have lots of breakout spaces; little nooks and crannies around the buildings filled with cushions, comfy sofas... even a beanbag or spacehopper or two. These are available for free on a first come first served basis.

If you need a private room for longer breakouts, we have those too but we may charge you for them, talk to us and we will help you to work out the best option for you.

Breakfast and lunch are usually served in our two kitchens which have 50 inch TV screens, newspapers and magazines, as well as our delicious food and drinks so you can take the weight off your sling-backs, relax and recuperate.

We encourage you to stretch your legs and head to our kitchen for breakfast and lunch, but if you would prefer to have us bring it to your room just make sure we know in advance.

Cancellations are charged at the following rates:

2 weeks or less 30% of total

1 week or less 60% of total

72 working hours or less 100% of total.

Evening events are usually from 1830hrs Late access, evenings and weekends are all available on request. If our set timings don't work perfectly for you, just call us and we will work out something that does.

wallacespace covent garden was once a 19th century chandelier warehouse and as such only has wheelchair access to the first floor.

Different coloured and contrasting flooring has been designed to help the visually disabled. Need something else?
