Lunch and tea/coffee is usually served in caffèspace (before changing Cinderella like into a delightful evening cocktail party venue - but more of that below). The caffè is an open-plan eating and relaxing area. Sky-TV, daily newspapers, many leading periodicals, chilled soft drinks, and fresh tea and coffee always at the ready. You can see a virtual version here, not as good as the real thing but you will get an idea.
If you prefer to take breaks/lunch in your room please let us know. We can also make a separate break-out room available if one is free.

Included as standard in our daily delegate rate is as follows:
 

Fresh fruit juices, bagels, organic breads, cereals, fresh fruit, tea, coffee & infusions
 

Carefully thought out menu. Rest and recuperate with a varied and energising lunch.

For example: Sweet paprika & lemon marinated chicken / Moroccan spiced salmon / Tuscan tuna salad / roast chicken with chorizo & roasted new potatoes / smoked chicken & mango / poached salmon, new potatoes & leeks.

With a variety of salads: Butternut squash & goats cheese / fennel, carrot & orange / spicy chickpeas with spinach and pecorino cheese / roasted root vegetables with mustard / tabouleh with parsley, lemon juice, cherry tomatoes & cucumber / mixed leaf salad with avocado.

For vegetarians: Spinach & ricotta filo parcels / roasted red pepper tortilla / stuffed aubergine.
 

Unlimited servings of tea/coffee, mineral water, fresh juices, soft drinks & biscuits. Fresh supplies of tea and coffee are always available and delegates are invited to help themselves to soft drinks throughout the day from the caffè area.
 

For clients who do not require breakfast and lunch, we provide refreshments throughout the day as listed above in ‘Refreshments’ section. This is in addition to the Room Hire fee and is per delegate, £16 full day and £11 half day. This includes as many breaks as you require.
